Our priority will be to: make sure we get enough rest, keep stress levels low, prepare our own meals full of fresh foods, exercise daily, visit with friends and family, monitor screen time, and move around as often as possible.

When you are ready to make a lifestyle change, you will. And when you do, you will feel rewarded and live a healthy, fulfilling life.
